Quality Insurance
You hear of more and more quality assurance system or quality management in aviation there is even talk of "Security Management System " is a concept recently adopted by ICAO, a concept which is not unique to the industry;
Indeed, several industries have already adopted similar processes in an attempt to improve their performance in terms of safety but also for everything that affects the final product or service delivered.
Quality Assurance is an important element of the SMS which this is the official definition according to ISO 9000:
"All those planned and systematic activities implemented within the quality system and demonstrated as needed, to provide adequate confidence that an entity will fulfill requirements for quality"
The Quality Assurance is the ability of the company to objectively prove that it has set up an efficient organization that can provide quality products or services conform to requirements contract.
This is the assurance for customers that the internal organization of the company can meet when ever possible the commitments signed together.
Having the quality assurance is to be sure that the required quality is effective. The quality assurance can provide objective evidence that the product or service meets or can meet customer needs or requirements.
Since 2009, at CPAQ.AERO started the process of implementation of SMS and of course Quality Assurance.
The Team CPAQ.AERO will stay attuned to respond to any request reasonable and justifiable. Quality Assurance in CPAQ.AERO means that anyone who uses the services of the company, can expect that we make every effort to make it happy and achieve its objectives in the best possible conditions.
On the other hand we make safety a priority to make this event accessible to all.
